Every day from now until Election Day I will be posting an event or incident from the daily news feed that highlights how unfit Trump is to be POTUS. My motivation to do so is the indisputable fact that, (whether intentional or not), Trump has spent the majority of his time as POTUS benefitting despots like Putin, while diminishing our ability to pursue a full, happy life, with an expectation of equal protection under our laws.

Before Trump’s presidency, I would have expected something like this to be covered in our daily news, but Trump’s propensity to help our enemies while hurting us is alarmingly absent from the news content that now reaches our homes.

In proceeding, I hope to contribute, in some small way, to Trump’s defeat on November 3rd- a defeat that simply must happen if we are to give future generations access to the America our Founders envisioned, and for which our Constitution and Rule of Law were specifically designed to protect.

DAY 99: July 27, 2020

Today a true Ametican Hero lied in state at the nation’s capital – one of only a handful of African American politicians to be so honored. Trump, however, will not be paying his respects to the late civil rights leader, Congressman John Lewis. (He offered no reason while answering reporter questions on his way to North Carolina).

Questions For Voters:

Is this acceptable behavior for a sitting POTUS?

Does Trump’s disrespect towards minority leaders hurt all Americans?
